ABOUT Family Tree Finances
Started in 2016, Family Tree was founded to help individuals and families pay off their debt and change their family tree. Your income is the biggest tool in building wealth. When your income is already spoken for by credit card payments, car payments and student loans before you even earn it, you severely handicap your ability to get wealthy.

In addition, finance related issues are the number 1 cause of divorce in the US. Family Tree helps get couples on the same page so you can stop fighting and start working together. We've helped many couples get on a plan and out of debt so that when it starts to rain, you have a big umbrella!

Kien Taing, CPA
I have been a Dave Ramsey Financial Masters Coach since 2016. I believe that helping people get out of debt can dramatically change their family tree. A lot of people want to get out of debt but they don't know where to start. They end up doing too many things at once and don't get much accomplished. Most couples are also not on the same page when it comes to finances. I help couples get on the same page so they can start rowing in the same direction. I serve as a counselor through the MoneyWise program at North Point Community Church and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the State of Georgia.
Joe Duston
I have worked in the financial industry since 2002 and I have been a Dave Ramsey Financial Masters Coach since 2020. With experience in the credit card, investment, and mortgage industries I have worked with thousands of families and individuals in various aspects of personal finance. I believe that when families and individuals are living debt free they can experience financial freedom and live life to the fullest. Many people live paycheck to paycheck or earn great income but have nothing to show for it. We can show you how to tell your money where to go and get on the right path towards building wealth. I reside in Alpharetta, GA and also serve as a counselor through the MoneyWise program at North Point Community Church.
